Definite details below:
1. The customer who isn't satisfied with the lace wigs, please contact us by email within 48 hours to make application of 'return or exchange' since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.

2. Please send pictures of the lace wig to us when you decide to make exchange or return.

3. The exchange can be done in the same style.

4. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange or return, but Clients need to afford the return shipping cost of the wig and the postage for reshipping.

5. In order to ensure the safe transport of the wig ,be sure to contact us before sending the wig back, Please ! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

6. This promise is applied for the in stock lace wigs and other stock Hair productions, NOT include any used wigs, custom lace wigs, special offer products or clearance sale. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused and in original packaging.
